“Palette of Blooms” Afternoon Tea

In celebration of Hong Kong's art-filled spring season, featuring various artistic events including a major Pablo Picasso exhibition. The Luxe Manor, renowned for its surrealist design, proudly presents the "Palette of Blooms" Afternoon Tea. This exquisite experience pays tribute to Picasso, a pioneer of Cubism, offering guests a feast for both the eyes and palate, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the world of Cubist art while savouring exquisite delicacies.

The culinary team at FINDS draws inspiration from Cubism, established in France in the early 20th century, and boldly showcases an array of refined desserts and savouries, artfully crafted in geometric shapes such as squares and circles, and cleverly incorporated vibrant and contrasting colours from the Nordic spring seasonal ingredients, resulting in multi-layered effects that symbolise Cubist collage techniques. The afternoon tea dessert items are served on an artist's palette, exemplifying the seamless blend of Nordic culinary heritage and artistic innovation.

“Palette of Blooms” afternoon tea will be available from 15 March 2025 – 31 May 2025 between 3pm to 5:30pm daily.
