FINDS is offering a delightful Plenteous Lunch. This vibrant Nordic-style lunch features seasonal ingredients and traditional Nordic culinary techniques. It includes unlimited appetisers and classic Nordic delicacies, providing a new taste experience for food lovers. It offers an all you can enjoy appetiser up to 11 kinds, such as those suitable for vegetarians Beetroot & Apple Salad, Rosemary baked Camembert Cheese, etc. Meat appetisers include Smoked Duck Breast Salad and more, soup choice Roasted Potato & Leek Soup is also available.
The recommended main course, Slowcooked Free Range Chicken Breast, serves with roasted fingerling potatoes, sautéed baby spinach & truffle cream sauce. Another one Trio of Tomatoes & Burrata Risotto, using plum tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes and topped with basil oil, suitable for vegetarian and giving a refreshing lunch option in spring.
