Nordic Plenteous Lunch

FINDS is offering a delightful Plenteous Lunch. This vibrant Nordic-style lunch features seasonal ingredients and traditional Nordic culinary techniques. It includes unlimited appetisers and classic Nordic delicacies, providing a new taste experience for food lovers. It offers an all you can enjoy appetiser up to 11 kinds, such as those suitable for vegetarians Beetroot & Apple Salad, Oven-Roasted Pumpkin, etc. Meat appetisers include Cold-Smoked Salmon Tartare and more, soup choice Porcini Mushroom Soup is also available.

The recommended main course, Karelian Stew, which uses beef, pork with root vegetables stew in bay leaf broth, paired with mashed potatoes and pickled cucumbers. Another one 8 Hours Sous Vide Confit Duck Leg, crispy on the outside with tender on the inside, topped with homemade gravy to leave a lingering aroma, giving a refreshing lunch option in autumn.
